Ex. Schortmann's Minerals

Description/Interesting Notes:

A classic, old time example of wulfenite from the Hilltop Mine!!! Hilltop Mine wulfenites are among some of the most highly sought after examples of the species among collectors and specimens are very scarce indeed!!! This specimen boasts a broad face covered with sharp, thick wulfenite crystals the exhibit the characteristic yellow color!!! The crystals have complexly modified edges with marked luster!!! While the specimen has some damage, it still displays quite handsomely as you can see!!! All in all this is a terrific example of this sought after classic!!! This specimen retains an old Schortmann's label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 5-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY NOVEMBER 11th!!!
