Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this very rare silver-bearing species from the type locality in Greenland!!! This specimen hosts numerous areas of silvery metallic vikingite on a matrix of purplish massive fluorite with pyrite!!! The vikingite is present as small, silvery masses scattered about the specimen!!! Vikingite specimens from any locality are very rare, however these old type locality specimens are next to impossible to obtain!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
