Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of this rare silver-bearing species from Nevada!!! This specimen consists of a quartz matrix that hosts numerous tiny masses of silvery vikingite scattered throughout the entire specimen!!! Upon close inspection one can see areas of brilliant silvery vikingite on every side of this specimen!!! With a loupe or scope one can discern some crystalline features as well!!! This specimen retains an old label from a noted rare mineral dealer as well as an old, unattributed label as well (dated 12/5/1980)!!! Rare material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
