Among the many New England localities that Albert Peppis collected at, Branchville was a particular focus!!! This specimen consists of a sharp, jet-black, octahedral crystal of uraninite!!! Several of the corners show flattened modifications!!! Simply a magnificent example of uraninite from Branchville!!! These old time rarities were highly sought after and are seldom, if ever, encountered on the market today!!!
