Description/Interesting Notes: A very rare example of this highly sought after silver-bearing species from the type locality!!! Examples of uchucchacuaite are extremely rare, and a friend of ours recently made a very small find of this material (you can read about this material on our Tucson Show Blog)!!! This specimen hosts a large grain of metallic uchucchacuaite in addition to numerous veins of dark gray uchucchacuaite as well as many smaller grains scattered about!!! The darker portion of the matrix hosts a considerable amount of alabandite as well!!! Upon close inspection one can also find a few scattered submillimeter prismatic metallic crystals!!!
