Description/Interesting Notes: A large, rich example of this rare uranium bearing species from Utah!!! This specimen hosts numerous rich veins and masses of bright yellow microcrystalline tyuyamunite!!! The tyuyamunite has a powdery appearance and is much more intensely colored than the pics show!!! This large specimen retains an old label from Richard Gaines (dated 1978) and a label from the Philadelphia Academy of Natural Sciences!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
