This specimen hosts a striking mass of intensely colored, gemmy tugtupite!!! This specimen has been cut and polished on one side to further emphasize its gemmy nature and intense color!!! The tugtupite has wild cherry red color - this is literally as good as it gets!!! Of course the tugtupite fluoresces intensely under both SW and LW UV and also displays intense tenebrescence (yes, this specimen gets even MORE red than in the pics after exposure to UV)!!! This specimen is WAY better than the pictures show!!! Simply a magnificent example of this rare and colorful species!!!
