A terrific example of this esteemed gem species!!! This specimen consists of an alluvial ruby crystal that exhibits a rare "trapiche" formation!!! The word "trapiche" refers to a spoked wheel used to grind sugar cane and is an allusion to the curious six-spoked form you see here!!! The pics say it all!!!
