Description/Interesting Notes: circa 1886-1897 An incredible specimen indeed!!! This historic, rare locality specimen consists of a doubly terminated, complex schorl tourmaline crystal!!! The crystal has sharp faces and glassy luster!!! This specimen retains a VERY rare label from the Imperial University of Tokyo's Mineralogical Institute that dates to sometime between 1886 and 1897!!! A fantastic specimen indeed!!!
