Description/Interesting Notes: A classic, old time example of titanite from Canada!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of large, juxtaposed blades of titanite!!! This specimen retains an old affixed A.E. Foote label as well as a label from the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum label and catalogue number!!! The Museum label states tha the specimen is "Probably from Meany or Smart mine on shore of Lake Clear, or from pits on Turner's Island."!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
