Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic collection of old thorianite crystals from the type locale in Sri Lanka!!! This is a collection of 21 individual specimens in their original riker mount!!! The crystals exhibit classic form for the locale - consisting of single cubic crystals as well as interpenetration twins!!! These specimens retain an old label from the Case School of Applied Science (which changed its name to the Case Institute of Technology in 1948) in addition to an old label from Ward's as well!!! Classic old time material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
