Tennantite with Tsumcorite

Tsumeb, Namibia

6.42cm x 5.15cm x 2.16cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

A magnificent example of tennantite with tsumcorite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of large, sharp crystals of tennantite in association with tsumcorite!!! The tennantite crystals are sharp and in fantastic condition!!! The tsumcorite is present both as scattered tufts of bladed, orange crystals and as fine coatings across a significant portion of the tennantite crystals!!! It is believed that the tennantite crystals may be partially pseudomorphous with them as well!!! There are also a few small clusters of quartz crystals (coated by other species) in association as well!!! There are some small balls of a bright green mineral (likely not malachite) present as well!!! This specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED MONDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 3-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY MARCH 17th!!!
