Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of these rare gold and silver bearing tellurides from Colorado!!! This specimen hosts crystals, grains, and masses of gold and silver tellurides scattered throughout the matrix!!! There is an elongated, brilliantly metallic crystal of sylvanite embedded in the quartz matrix that measures over 2cm!!! Upon close inspection one can see that there are areas of krennerite and sylvanite scattered all about the specimen, as well as other possible tellurides as well!!! Specimens from this locale are quite scarce indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! This specimen is from the collection of Tony Nikischer!!!
