Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific, old time example of spodumene from this seldom referenced Pala locale!!! This specimen consists of a sharp, gemmy crystal of pale yellow spodumene!!! The crystal is a doubly terminated floater with sharply defined features, glassy luster, and gem clarity!!! Very lively in person!!! Old material!!! This specimen is from the University of Delaware Mineral Museum and retains an old label from the collection of H.C. Van Tassel and affixed museum catalogue number!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
