Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of sphalerite and calcite from New York!!! This specimen hosts numerous complex rosettes of gemmy, bright yellow sphalerite in association with calcite crystals!!! The main face of the matrix is covered with tiny rhombs of calcite with several larger scalenohedral calcite crystals perched among the sphalerite crystals!!!
