Smithsonite with Mimetite Tsumeb, Namibia 11.8cm x 9cm x 6cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of smithsonite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a large cluster of sharp, lustrous smithsonite crystals in association with small, scattered crystals of pale yellow mimetite!!! The smithsonite crystals are present as sharp, lustrous, rhombs that measure to well over 1cm!!! The crystals have marked clarity and color that ranges from pale pink to amber - with many of the crystals having amber-colored phantoms!!! Upon close inspection, one can see some pale yellow crystals of mimetite in association!!! The mimetite crystals have sharp hexagonal form with lustrous faces and marked clarity!!! There is also some massive cerussite in association as well!!! This specimen displays fantastically in person and is WAY better than the pics show!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
