Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of smithsonite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of an aesthetic pair of very well formed smithsonite crystals on a small amount of matrix!!! The smithsonite crystals are unusually long, sharp, gemmy, and glassy!!! Save for some very minor chattering, the specimen is in fantastic condition and displays magnificently!!! This specimen came from the collection of Ernie Schlicter!!! Simply a gorgeous smithsonite indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
