Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic and unique example of smithsonite from Namibia!!! This specimen hosts a very large single crystal of smithsonite on matrix in association with several other smaller crystals!!! The crystals exhibits a VERY unusual, somewhat skeletal habit that has lustrous faces and marked translucence!!! The crystals are much more sharply defined than the pics show and the overall form is best appreciated in person - make no mistake, this is a large and very unusual crystal!!!
