Description/Interesting Notes: An old time example of smithsonite from this classic locality!!! This specimen consists of numerous intersecting plates of powder blue botryoidal smithsonite!!! This specimen is covered with translucent powder blue smithsonite on all sides!!! This specimen shows some wear, which is not surprising considering its age - however if so desired the specimen could be trimmed into smaller pristine specimens!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
