Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely INCREDIBLE example of crystalline silver!!! While man-made electrolytic examples of silver crystals are well known and somewhat common, this specimen is actually a SUPERB crystal of pure silver!!! This specimen came from a special project and was grown in a research lab in Germany!!! It is a particularly large crystal - usually lab grown electrolytic silver crystals are much smaller and poorly formed by comparison!!! This specimen consists of a dramatic, thick, hefty spinel twin with razor-sharp faces and mirror-brilliant silver metallic luster!!! The crystal is a complete and pristine floater with no point of attachment or damage whatsoever!!! While smaller crystals of silver are not uncommon, examples of such size and quality are scarce and this is not something that was created to be resold!!!
