Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of native silver from Michigan!!! This specimen consists hosts two significant veins of complexly crystalline native silver in a calcite and quartz vein on brown basalt matrix!!! There are a few other tiny areas of native silver present as well!!! Upon close inspection, one can see tiny crystalline features on the native silver!!! The silver has a antique-like patina that contrasts handsomely with the stark white calcite & quartz matrix!!! Specimen retains an old red catalogue number on the specimen as well!!!
