Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of native silver from this classic Canadian locale!!! This specimen hosts a rich showing of brilliant wires of native silver on matrix in association with darkly colored acanthite!!! There are some particularly thick sections of wire as well as very fine, almost hair-like wires as well!!! In addition to the wires of native silver there are some significant masses of solid silver present that are intergrown with some acanthite - upon close inspection these are actually pseudomorphs of native silver after acanthite!!! This is a very attractive and rich, old time example of native silver!!! Classic material!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
