Native Silver

Silver King Mine, Pinal Mts, Pinal Co., Arizona

2.9cm x 1cm x .7cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

A remarkable, old time example of native silver from Arizona!!! This specimen consists of an unusually sharp and chunky group of native silver crystals!!! The crystals exhibit a slight spinel-twin form with unusually chunky and sharp features!!! The crystals are arranged in an aesthetic zig-zag-like spire that is punctuated by a pair of thick, prominent crystals!!! These main crystals are sharply terminated and have sharply defined features!!! This specimen has brilliant luster and a gorgeous, antique patina with some small iridescent highlights!!! This specimen is absolutely gorgeous in person!!! Rare, old time material!!! This specimen retains an old, unattributed label as well!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! STAY TUNED!!! MORE AUCTIONS WILL BE ADDED SATURDAY NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL 5-DAY AUCTION, ENDING THURSDAY JUNE 2nd!!!
