Description/Interesting Notes:
An absolutely magnificent example of this rare species from California!!! This specimen consists of an exceptionally well crystallized group of
gemmy scorzalite crystals on a quartz & pyrophyllite matrix!!! Usually this species is seen only as somewhat massive, nearly opaque specimens with
virtually no discernable crystal form - and when good crystals are found they are only micros!!! However this specimen is incredibly well crystallized,
with glassy luster, gemmy clarity, and amazing intense royal blue color!!! For the species, and locality, this is an extraordinary specimen!!! Upon
close inspection, one finds that the specimen is much better crystallized than the pics even show, with tiny complex faces on areas that at first don't
appear crystallized!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!!
