Description/Interesting Notes: A stunning, rare old scorodite specimen from Dernbach!!! This specimen hosts a very rich showing of sharp, intensely colored scorodite crystals on matrix!!! The crystals have sharp, complex faces with marked clarity and luster!!! The crystals are gemmy and have CHOICE intense blue-green scorodite color!!! The crystals are very well-formed and in fantastic condition - the pictures simply don't capture just how fine this specimen is!!! The crystals have significant size as well with crystals to over 3mm!!! This is a killer old time scorodite from a seldom referenced locality!!! The color is way better in person too - under incandescent lighting the color is more purple-blue (as in the pics), however in daylight they are a rich blue-green!!! This specimen retains an old Seaman Museum label with L.L. Hubbard notation!!! Don't miss out on this rare old beauty!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!!
