A marvelous miniature consisting of superbly colored chalcoalumite crystals. The chalcoalumite is botryoidal, however upon close inspection single crystals are readily visible. The reverse side of the specimen is entirely comprised of brochantite and sandwiched between the two layers is a thin layer of massive cyanotrichite. A very fine, very aesthetic old time miniature. The Grandview Mine was only in operation from 1893 to 1916 and is now located within the Grand Canyon National Park.
