Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic, old time example of rutile from Austria!!! This specimen hosts a lustrous rutile crystal prominently perched on contrasting matrix!!! The crystal has lustrous striated faces and measures 1.6cm!!! The crystal exhibits a highly complex termination comprised of numerous sharp, brilliant faces!!! In person, one can see some reddish highlights within as well!!! Specimens from this locality are scarcely seen today!!! This specimen retains an old label from the A.E.
