Rutile

Parkesburg, Sadsbury Township, Chester Co., Pennsylvania

2.27cm x 1.53cm x 1.51cm

Ex. Larry Krause Collection

Description/Interesting Notes:

A fantastic example of rutile from Pennsylvania!!! This specimen consists of a sharply formed, cyclic twin rutile crystal!!! The specimen has sharp, lustrous faces and very well defined cyclic twinning!!! The specimen is in fantastic condition and is more complete than it might appear in the pics!!! The specimen has an old enamel-style catalogue number on the reverse as well!!! This specimen is from the collection of Larry Krause and retains its original label as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!! **Please note: We will be attending the annual Gem & Mineral Show in Tucson, Arizona next week, so please allow an additional 2-3 days shipping time for auctions won on January 27th. -We'll be sure to keep you updated on exciting finds from the show!!!
