This specimen consists of a small amount of limonitic matrix that hosts some highly complex crystals of deep red rhodochrosite!!! The rhodochrosite crystals appear somewhat botryoidal in form but actually show sharp, tiny, complex faces!!! The pics say it all!!! Classic material!!!
