A rare and unique old time example of pyromorphite after cerussite from this famed Australian locality!!! One of the more exciting
things to hit the Tucson show this year was the new material from Rum Jungle - however there was nothing like this
old time Rum Jungle specimen for available!!! This is an OLD specimen from
Rum Jungle that hosts a network of pyromorphite pseudomorphs after cerussite crystals on a matrix of lively green malachite!!! The front side of this specimen hosts a
sharp, prominently perched pseudomorph of pyromorphite after cerussite centered among a handsome showing of additional pyromorphite, cerussite, and lively
green malachite!!! The reverse shows a network of intergrown pyromorphite pseudomorphs after cerussite as well!!! The main pseudomorph has significant luster and
retains the sharpness of original cerussite crystal!!! This is a very rare pseudomorph indeed - this is one of only two such pseudomorphs
I have ever seen!!! The other specimen was a single odd specimen on display in Tucson from the new find that was "NOT FOR SALE"!!! You do
not want to miss out on this rare find!!!
