Pyrite

Rensselaer Quarry (Pleasant Ridge Quarry), Pleasant Ridge, Jasper Co., Indiana

7.75cm x 5.21cm x 3.08cm

Description/Interesting Notes:

A classic old time pyrite specimen from Indiana!!! This specimen consists of an aesthetically geometric matrix that is covered in sharp, brilliantly metallic crystals of pyrite!!! The pyrite crystals exhibit a multitude of habits with complexly modified cubo-octahedral crystals being the most dominant!!! This specimen is fantastic condition and displays magnificently!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Good luck and be sure to check out my other exciting mineral auctions on ebay!!!
