Description/Interesting Notes:
An absolutely magnificent combination of species from this historic German silver mining district!!! This specimen consists
of a combination of purple fluorite crystals and proustite as well as native silver altered to proustite!!! There are some
very complex crystals of proustite that appear to have formed in the squared-off recesses
between fluorite crystals that have since dissolved in addition to dendritic native silver that has altered to proustite as well!!!
Some of the proustite crystals have darkened over time, howeve there are several smaller crystals that exhibit the brightest, most intense
ruby red coloration I have ever seen in a proustite specimen!!! This specimen is
a very unique and unusual old time beauty!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!! Absolutely fascinating in person!!!
