This specimen consists of a large, single prehnite crystal that hosts a group of parallel pectolite crystals penetrating it in aesthetic fashion!!! The prehnite crystal is sharp, glassy, and complete!!! The prehnite crystal exhibits the characteristic form unique to this locality!!! The crystal has greater translucence than the pics show, allowing one to see how the pectolite crystals are penetrating the prehnite crystal!!!
