Description/Interesting Notes: A terrific example of acanthite after polybasite from Mexico!!! This specimen consists of sharp cluster of tabular polybasite crystals that has been completely replaced by microcrystalline acanthite!!! The acanthite pseudomorph is partially hollow inside, and lined with tiny chalcopyrite crystals!!! This specimen shows unusually sharp detail on its faces and is quite showy in person!!!
