Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of this rare species from Maine!!! This specimen consists of a highly complex, etched crystal of GEM pollucite!!! This specimen is complete and undamaged all around!!! This specimen has highly complex etched features with glassy luster and water-clear gem clarity!!! In person it is quite dynamic and looks like a piece of crystalline lace!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or scope the complex fillagree of three dimensional crystalline forms is quite striking indeed!!! This is a magnificent example of the species for the locality!!! This specimen retains an old label from Lazard Cahn as well!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
