This specimen consists of a complex, partial cubic crystal of native platinum that hosts epitaxial growths of native gold!!! The crystal appears to have some curious concentric layers with thin layers of native gold highlighting these concentric features!!! The pics say it all!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
