Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent, old time example of this rare species from this classic locale!!! This specimen consists of a large, complex crystal of phosgenite!!! The crystal is doubly terminated and shows characteristic form with striated faces and flat terminations!!! The crystal is lustrous and has clarity that ranges from translucent to near gemmy!!! Simply a fantastic example of this rare and sought after species!!! This specimen is originally from the Paterson Museum and retains an old museum catalogue number as well!!! Classic material!!!
