Malachite pseudomorph after Azurite Tsumeb, Namibia 3.64cm x 3cm x 2.1cm

Description/Interesting Notes: A fantastic example of malachite after azurite from Tsumeb!!! This specimen consists of a cluster of chunky, sharply defined crystals of azurite that have been completely replaced by lively green malachite!!! The crystals are very sharply formed and aesthetically arranged!!! The malachite exhibits a velveteen luster with a jigsaw-puzzle like pattern of oriented patches!!! The sharpness of form, lively green color, and velveteen luster make for gorgeous display indeed!!! There is a small amount of dolomite matrix and some tiny cerussite crystals on the reverse!!!
