Malachite with Calcite Tsumeb, Namibia 4.25cm x 2.8cm x 2.34cm

Description/Interesting Notes: An absolutely gorgeous example of malachite from Tsumeb!!! This aesthetic gem consists of a striking, bright green "egg" of crystalline malachite prominently preched atop a small blade of matrix in association with sharp, gemmy crystals of calcite!!! The malachite has a particularly lively, bright green color and is a complete "egg" shaped spheroid!!! The calcite crystals are present as sharp, glassy, gemmy crystals that exhibit sharply defined, oriented zones of tan color along their edges!!! This specimen came out of an old Tsumeb collection and is very showy in person!!! This specimen displays magnificently all around!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
