Description/Interesting Notes: A superb example of malachite from this classic locality!! This specimen consists of what is essentially a highly complex, single crystal of primary malachite in association with a small amount of calcite!!! This is a superb, competition worthy specimen that is WAY, WAY better than the pics show!!! The specimen consists of a lustrous, deep emerald green, compound crystal of malachite!!! In person, it is very easy to see that it is a single, slightly divergent compound crystal!!! Simply a magnificent example of the species!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
