Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of this rare uranium bearing species from Colorado!!! This specimen consists of an intensely colored liebigite crystal!!! The liebigite crystal has a highly complex habit with some sharp, lustrous faces and marked clarity!!! The crystal is much sharper and more defined than the pictures indicate!!! This is a superb example of the species!!! The ACTUAL color of this specimen is closer to NEON YELLOW - just like a fluorescent highlighter marker!!! The high quality of the crystal and its intense color made it difficult to get good photos!!! This specimen is simply stunning in person!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!!
