Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of libethenite with malachite from Portugal!!! This specimen hosts superb, highly lustrous crystals of libethenite to over 3mm in association with very fine, gemmy crystals of slightly bluish green malachite crystals!!! The libethenite crystals are sharp and glassy with choice deep emerald green color and marked clarity!!! Upon close inspection one can see that the malachite is actually well crystallized with tiny, gemmy crystals that have a unique slightly bluish green hue!!! In person this specimen is extraordinary and quite showy indeed!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Classic material!!!
