Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of this rare and sought after species from the type locality in Germany!!! This specimen consists of a very rich example of lautite!!! This specimen is almost entirely comprised of lautite - the matrix is comprised of somewhat massive lautite with numerous metallic crystal lathes to be seen throughout, while the top and bottom host vuggy surfaces that are lined with microcrystals of lautite!!! Most notably however, there are crystal lathes that run through the matrix, then host thick, significant crystal that is exposed on the top of the matrix!!! This is a killer example of the species indeed!!! The pics simply don't capture just how incredible it is - must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
