Description/Interesting Notes: A magnificent example of rhodochrosite after kutnohorite from Wessels!!! This specimen consists of an aesthetic grouping of juxtaposed sprays of kutnohorite that have been replaced by bubble-gum pink rhodochrosite on matrix!!! The rhodochrosite crystals are lustrous and give the crystals a unique sheen that is quite lively in person!!! This specimen is gorgeous in person!!! We acquired this specimen from Charlie Key - just less than ten of these specimens that had been accumulated in the vast collection of Charlie Key, and this is the last one we have - don't miss out!!!
