Description/Interesting Notes: An incredible, old time example of krohnkite from Chile!!! Krohnkite specimens are quite scarce and often only seen as massive material, with well formed crystals being exponentially more scarce!!! This specimen consists of a group of complex, very well formed crystals of lively blue krohnkite in association with a small amount of intergrown matrix!!! One side of the specimen is comprised of a large single crystal while the opposite side shows a fantastic cluster of well formed crystals all around!!! The crystals have fantastic, glassy luster and marked clarity!!! This specimen is WAY better than the pics show!!! This specimen retains an old, unattributed label as well!!! Simpy a magnificent, old time example of this rare species from Chile!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
