Description/Interesting Notes:
An absolutely incredible example of this very rare and highly sought after species from Tsumeb!!! Let me start off by saying that this
specimen is way better than the pictures show - it was very difficult to capture in the pics!!! In person this specimen is LOADED
with sharp, gemmy, prismatic crystals of intense blue keyite in characteristic association with emerald green cuproadamite crystals!!!
This specimen hosts two significant clusters of keyite and cuproadamite crystals on a tennantite matrix and there are is a cluster of
gemmy cuproadamite crystals on the opposite side of the specimen as well!!! This is a very significant example of the species with
large areas of crystallization and dense, eye visible crystals!!! This is a KILLER keyite indeed!!! This is one of the finest
examples of the species I have seen!!! Upon close inspection with a loupe or a scope, one can see that the
keyite crystals stick out all over the place and there are actual, dense, CLUSTERS of keyite crystals scattered all over!!!
This specimen retains an old, very detailed label from the collection of Arthur Eadi as well!!! This specimen is worth
well into the four digits!!! You do not want
to miss out on this extraordinary specimen!!! Incredible material indeed!!!
