Description/Interesting Notes: A very rare example of CRYSTALLINE jadeite jade from California!!! While jadeite jade is relatively common and well-known as an ornamental material and gemstone - actual crystals of jadeite are extremely rare indeed!!! This specimen hosts numerous vugs and cavities that host tiny crystals of green jadeite!!! Upon close examination in person the individual crystals are even more apparent and defined!!! The pics don't even come close to doing it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!! Rare material!!!
