Description/Interesting Notes: A gorgeous example of inesite from South Africa!!! This specimen consists of a striking display of translucent reddish crystals of inesite paired with a single "ball" of whitish acicular xontotlite crystals, all perched atop a cluster of lustrous datolite crystals in association with crude botryoids of rare, tannish brown orlymanite!!! The inesite crystals are present as a network of juxtaposed sprays of lustrous, translucent crystals of gorgeous red inesite!!! The datolite crystals exhibit complexly modified habits with glassy luster and marked clarity!!! The xonotlite is present as a fuzzy-looking ball of fine, acicular crystals!!! Simply a magnificent, and gorgeous, combination of species from this famed South African locale!!! The pics hardly do it justice!!! Must be seen in person to be fully appreciated!!!
