Description/Interesting Notes: An incredible example of heliodor from Brazil!!! This specimen consists of a unique, DOUBLE scepter crystal of GEM heiliodor!!! The crystal has bright glassy luster with lively, straw yellow color and gem clarity!!! The crystal exhibits a rare double scepter habit that is quite unusual!!! The crystal appears at first to have an incomplete termination, however upon close examination it shows some healing!!! This specimen is quite striking in person!!! What's more - is that this specimen came from the US Government's Strategic Beryllium Reserve!!! This specimen is out of a lot of beryl crystals we just acquired from an old collection that had been acquired from a special government auction back in the 1970's!!!
