This specimen consists of a doubly terminated quartz crystal that exhibits a pronounced rotation of the c-axis and all of the complexity that goes along with it (there are pronounced s-faces and x-faces, etc)!!! This is a true "Gwindel"!!! The crystal is GEM CLEAR - internally flawless!!! The crystal has a very slight shade of smokiness that is quite pleasing in person!!! There is a small, classically formed quartz crystal in association which provides an aesthetic contrast (as well as a quick lesson in quartz crystal habits as well!)!!! This specimen is in magnificent condition and displays superbly!!!
